I HAVE READ THE NOTES AND PROCESS EXPLAINED BELOW. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS APPLICATION IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT A CUSTOM CANDLE WILL BE MADE. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF MY APPLICATION IS CHOSEN, A MINIMUM ORDER WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE MY CANDLES CAN BE PRODUCED.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

when your child has died, anything bearing their name is sacred. when we create a namesake candle, we want to devote our full attention to making it look, smell, and feel like home to you. because the process is time consuming, we will only be able to offer a limited number of namesake candles each year—we will revisit the application list as time allows and may not operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. please note that while we will do our very best to honor each of the sweet babies submitted, an application for a namesake candle is not a guarantee that one will be created.

THE PROCESS:

if your application is chosen, we will reach out to schedule a consultation where we will discuss vessels, fragrances, wicks, and labeling. we will create and send several custom-blended samples based on your preferences, and you will be able to test each candle to determine the best fit. once you have selected your fragrance, we will create a private preorder link to share with your friends and family. as. long as the minimum order quantity has been met by the time the preorder expires, production will start within the week and preorders will ship by the date specified on the shopping link. if minimums haven’t been met, preorders will be refunded, your candle recipe will be archived, and the link can be reactivated at any time.

DONATIONS:

candles for camellia donates 15% of profits to organizations dedicated to helping families navigate stillbirth and infant loss. for our namesake candles, 15% of the profits will be donated to the parent’s organization of choice in honor of their baby.
